We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re shopping from within Sweden, the EU, or internationally. Shipping rates and times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
We calculate shipping costs at checkout, providing transparent pricing without any hidden fees. For international orders, please be aware that customs fees and additional duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. We strive to process all orders within 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Some MURA jewelry items can be backordered directly through our webshop. If the option isn’t available for the piece you’re interested in, please contact us through our contact form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Since all MURA jewelry is handmade and custom ordered, delivery times for backordered items can vary depending on the specific piece. After placing your order, we’ll reach out to provide you with an estimated delivery time.
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1499 SEK within Sweden.
For orders under 1499 SEK. Shipping fee is 99 SEK.
For our EU customers, we provide a consistent shipping experience with a flat rate of 129 SEK on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.
Customers ordering from outside the EU are subject to a flat shipping rate of 229 SEK.
Please be aware that additional charges such as customs fees and import duties may apply, depending on your local regulations.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by contacting us through contact form as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
